Athletic Development Class

Our Athletic Development class is designed to help athletes improve their speed, power development, running mechanics, strength, agility, as well as flexibility and mobility. We implement a variety of different drills, techniques, and skills that will enable the athlete to help build their overall athleticism within their respective sport. Every drill and exercise we do is carefully coached and monitored to be sure our athletes perform with correct technique to ensure safety.

Each athlete will have a personalized program that will help them excel in all the following areas: Strength, Conditioning, Speed, Agility, Endurance, Injury Prevention, Power and Sports Specific Skills.


Architech ELITE

The Architech Elite program is an extensive package that is designed to cover your athletic needs all year long from performance to recovery. During your competitive season you’ll receive workouts designed to keep you healthy and maintain your peak performance, as you move into the off season we will shift our focus to build your strength/speed/agility and all other sport specific needs for the next season! With this program you’ll be able to come to our athletic development classes daily and gain access to our Elite Athlete Membership Page.

The staff at Architech Sports will personally work with your athlete throughout the year and show them what to do during each phase of their training (pre-season, in-season and off-season) to help maximize their athletic ability. This program will include speed and agility training, weight training for the in-season and off-season, flexibility and core strengthening sessions. Access to a physical therapist for our LINK evaluation* to screen your athlete for any imbalances and key factors that may lead to injury.
