What Is It?
A 30-minute high intensity workout, split up into 7 stations with 2 different exercises in each! All stations are timed with set rest intervals between each station. Everyone will begin at station 1 and work their way through until they finish at station 7.
Class begins Saturday’s at 8:30AM and participants can join anytime until 9:45.
