Speed in Softball is a game changer for an athlete in any position, the increased force will improve your hitting/pitching power and increase your chance of making a big play in the outfield! Throughout these 4 sessions you will learn how to maintain proper form, accelerate out of your start position and create more force into the ground. Home exercises will be given to help develop the skills we work on in each session and improve your performance as an athlete!
