Whether you have a big game, a tournament weekend, or you need to recover from one, preparation is key. Our Performance Prep sessions are designed for each sport, individually, to get you ready to perform at your best or recover from the last competition!
Through some dynamic stretching to get you moving, exercises to activate the core and hips, a circuit with emphasis on ankle/shoulder stability and mobility, followed up with stretching and foam rolling. You'll finish the session feeling ready to go!
Sessions will last approximately 45 minutes and will be available M-F at 4:00pm and 5:00pm. Each session is sold individually at $15. These sessions are also good for up to 2 months from their purchase date.
GK Specific Performance Prep
In our GK Performance Prep Classes, we will be focusing on everything that you need to get fully recovered for Gameday, as well as the skills you need to stay sharp going into your game: Reactions, Sharp Movements, and Explosiveness.
