Learn how to improve your sprint time through:

  • Improved Start Stance

  • Quicker Acceleration

  • Better Running Mechanics

  • Increased Force Production

Speed in baseball equates to being able to make a big play or stealing a base in a clutch situation! Throughout these 4 sessions you will learn how to maintain proper form, accelerate out of your start position and create more force into the ground. Home exercises will be given to help develop the skills we work on in each session and improve your performance as an athlete!
